Ok I'm having to revamp my diet again. I've been feeling sluggish a lot so I think since I've changed my diet I'm not getting the same intake of carbs. I'm adding more high carb foods. But I was wonder what to add to my shakes. Since Most people agree you only want to spike insulin PWO. SO there I go I just get some Dextrose. But with my shakes the rest of the day would adding fructose be a good option? It is low GI right? any and all suggestions are welcome.
