Immitation crab seems to be a decent bb food. A ton of protein, low carbs and EASY! but i never hear about it in any diets. Y'all eat this shit? its gooooood

P.S. I know the sodium's a lil high

Don't know if it's the same stuff we get over here, it's called seafood extender and is basically made like processed meats. It is scraps of seafood blended and processed with additives and it is bleached, pressed & stamped with red ink to give it the crab meat look. Can't comment on it's nutritional value but I personally don't touch anything that is processed too much.

<<SUMMARY>> Imitation seafood (called surimi) is made from mild-flavored fish such as Alaskan pollock. The fish is skinned, boned and rinsed to tone down its taste, smell and pigment. It's then minced, colored and blended with flavor concentrate made from shellfish.
