Improve Vascularity

Hey guys. Was wondering if anyone could help me out with something to improve vascularity. My BF is low, but done have nice veins. Any advise would be apreciated..
 
WInny..haha that did it for me bro...but all kidding a side from AAS..I dont know what would help with bringing out ur veins if u already have a low BF...im not sure veins are something you can improve on..i think some people just have big veins and some dont..but thats just a guess
 
try one of the no2 products. I have a friend who is taking it and is veins blew up but thats all its done for him.
 
Are you looking for pre comp. vascularity or permanent vascularity? The only permanent solution is a low body fat.
 
Red wine....I have heard, and know BB'ers that take some before a contest. helps get the water out of them and improve vascularity.
 
I have a friend that swears by vanadyl sulfate for vascularity. I tried it and had horrible ass trauma until I stopped taking the stuff, everything I ate came out the other side like a 50caliber firing. He never has that problem though and I don't know anyone else who has tried it, so ask around about that if you can and see what people say.

Alcohol is a diuretic ....wine or beer would do the same.....lasix would give faster results...
 
I'm actually looking for permanent veins. I know a lower bodyfat would help. I'm around 9% now, how much lower do you think I need to get?? I've taken dierectics before, of course they helped, but only temp.
ANyone try the Yohimbee Burn? I've heard mixed reviews about it. Got a few areas that I think it might help a bit..
 
Diuretics and glycerol make miracles on vascularity. I have nice veins when taking them even when my BF is not extremely low.
 
Arginine, the base ingredient in NO2. It works pretty good for me, except that it seems to increase the soreness in my muscles after a workout.
 
niacin's effects on vascularity are highly overrated. Niacin simply flushed the skin, not enough vasodilation to be used as a vascularity enhancer.
 
Basically a great diet, intense training, cardio, and a low % of bf will do the trick.
