Hey everyone, Im new to the forum and hope I don't sounds completely lost or out of line and get trolled, just looking for advice.
Pretty much Ive been working out for since I was 14-15 and was just using protein and other over the counter sups, and I decided that when I was 18 I wanted to start using stronger substances (Test) since most of my football team was using at the time. So I used my first cycle of test 250(one a week) for 10 weeks and didn't do it properly at all ( yes I know I'm stupid I'm aware).
Pretty much what I'm getting at is that since than I did another cycle of Test E 250 EOD for 12 weeks with 4 weeks of var 50mg(3 weeks) (1 week 60mg) in the beginning and think it wasn't very potent gear, this was about 9 months ago and I used a PCT (clomid and nova) and since than I've been trying to diet and cardio 4-5 times a week and can't seem to ever lose the body fat I gained from doing the first cycle improperly.
My blood work is fine and I feel completely healthy, but the extra fat is very irritating to me, what I'm getting at is :
Do you suggest I try and do a straight cutting cycle at higher doses? Other recommendations? Any suggested workout and diet plans that you can point me towards ?: Again I'm sorry if this post sounds like someone with no experience wrote it, basically I'm here to learn and make sure I don't screw up again.
Stats: 6ft , 245lbs, 16-18% body fat (Been awhile since it was measured), trains 5-6 times a week depending on work and school schedule
