Incline bench and flies

When you do these, do you use a 45 degree angle or something else? I always use a 45 degree angle but just wanting to make sure that is the correct one.

between 30-45 degrees. 30 is best according to some studies i read with regards to less shoulder muscle recruitment and stress on them and optimal stress on the pecs for the inclined position but at the end of the day it boils down to personal preferance bro. i however advise 30 degrees!

I agree with jhov. I saw a huge difference when I moved my inclines from 45 to 30 degrees. It took a lot of my shoulders out of the exercise.

I use 45, 30 from time to time. 30 gets rid of a lot of the stress on the shoulders that the 45 and higher places.

I like 30 degrees, it dosen;t hurt my shoulder, unlike 45 degrees. I'm doing 45 degrees right now and doing more reps just for a little change.
