Increasing Nitric oxide levels..

the higher your nitric oxide levels and insulin levels the better your muscles absorb protein. Is their any way to do this naturally without emptying my wallet? And when is the best time to do this? thx
 
I am not sure if this is true but someone said that if you take an aspirin before your workout you will increase NO2 levels in the bloodstream. I will look into it.
