increasing power of pumping ?

i have problem with my training that my power of benching doesnot increase like other body parts , any speacial treatment for such problem .. :confused:
 
make sure your benching properly first and foremost then try to evaluate your weaknesses on the bench press. if its your tris and it most likely is start blasting your tris with shit like pin presses, board presses, tate presses and jm presses if you need links i can help
 
Well, if you to strict then try to get the reps down abit and but on more weight
ex. if you now do 8 or more reps, get down to 4-6 reps and if you already do that then go down to 2-3reps.
Otherwise you can try lockouts and a bunch of other things.
 
try the 5x5 method. quite effective for strength gains. its at the top of the training forum.
