inflimation

I have inflimation in my uper back from time to time. I was wondering what you guys reccamend for this? One of our olod sponsers had some but whats good to order?

Some people are concerned about the inhibition of muscle growth and ibuprofen, but there are times when I just need it and I don't really notice a thing. 800mg of Ibuprofen does the trick for me everytime...just watch your stomach. NSAIDS (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) beat up your stomach pretty hardcore.
