Injections! Quads,Delts,Glutes!

hey everyone.. So Im not gonna lie, I am scared to inject my quads.. I ussually inject in my delts.. (what I did for my last cycle going twice a week with test) but now.. I have to compounds in, doing 4 injections a week. Is it possible I can inject in my delts without alot of pain and all that.. or should I just suck it up and go Quads? I would do glutes but I have a desk job and I sit on it all day lol.. thanks guys :)
 
Shoot the quads man. When I started, all I did was shoot quads. If you end up with that charlie horse feeling, just tell people you had a rough leg day at the gym ;)

Rotating quads/delts is more than enough for 4mL per week.

I did my quad once. Hurt like a fucker for 4 days swollen ect.... It was virgin muscle though. Not sure why you're not doing glutes they usually the best spot to go without much probs with pain & swelling.
 
Personally, I wouldnt shoot my quads, never had to though even with 4 a weekl. Delts, rear delts, and glutes get my vote.
 
Bro,
I hate shooting quads as bad as I hate shooting delts but sometimes its just necessary. I think glutes are the easiest and you should definitely try this.
