i just ordered some TB500, and im gonna order some EQ soon. ideally, HGH is ideal for our situation but i just havent got the funds for that at the moment
If it's a connective tissue problem, you may make things worse. Rest, PT, and HGH are the only things that have been proven (TB-500 being a possible exception) to help heal joints/ligaments.
To piggy back off of halfwit.. Follow this- "RICE" something we use in orthopedics- rest ice compression and elevation. You certainly should play it safe. You don't want this cycle to fail you and you're stuck with the sides of both designer steroids and an injury. Good luck brotha.
I would avoid behind the neck anything if you have joint issues. Presses/chin ups/pull ups. It's a very unnatural movement, you can get results without them.
