Insulinogenic Foods, GH and a healthy diet?

I am banned!
Just sitting back here doing some pondering. I recently decided to go back to smaller meals for a number of reasons. KISS method seems to be the BEST thing. Though I have one question that is lingering in my mind. Would it be wise to keep an insulinogenic food such as casein or milk in my last meal before bed? I know meat can take hours to digest. But well..what I am trying to figure out is the GH output during a sleep cycle VS the GH output from a full day of work, movement and a low glucose LOAD diet. It seems when we are asleep yes insulin MAY be low depending on one's body genetics because one is usually fasting to some degree. So does fatloss occur more at night or during the day?

Side note: Honestly I am thinking it really doesnt matter much but wanted to hear what you guys think.

I'll leave the actual food component discussion to the pros here, but I can tell you that if you're a non-diabetic; regardless of what you eat before you go to bed, your liver will make up for any deficiencies by releasing glucose into your bloodstream. I prefer a simple protein like casein/greek yogurt/cottage cheese before bed, although I have read that red meat may be optimal due to a longer release, providing steady levels of protein while your body enters the repair phase in your sleep.

Definitely welcome a correction if I'm wrong here though. :)
