interpreting results

ok it's been about a month of strict diet and I have seen results that are way more dramatic than I expected.

..here are some drastic changes that have taken place

I'm still fat, still right at 220. thing is, I sprouted traps. I've tried to grow some in the past and failed miserably, so I assumed I just wasn't able to. Yesterday I looked in the mirror and I had these big ole sacks of meat mounted on top of my shoulders, though I've been working that area minimally. kinda gratifying but I really like to stick to the goal. or could I be chipping away at fat in that area and exposing them more?

I have viens down my shoulderd and biceps. never had anything like that before at all. again cool, but I'm fat.

one thing I'm wondering about...I sweat like CRAZY now, whatever physical actifity I do. I'd like to convince myself this is a sign of raising metabolism. what do you guys think?

what I really wanted to do is compete in the 198's, but I'm comtemplating the idea of sticking in the 220's, leaner. Times not on my side, though, and the goal was to loose weight. My feet can't take me being so heavy (I have planter faciatus)

despite the traps and shoulders, I actually look sloppier than before I cleaned my diet up. How should I interpret the results I'm seing so early in the game? It took me a long time to get fat, I'm not gonna loose it overnight but I want to make sure I'm heading in the right direction.

I have modified my lifting to resemble that of a bodybuilder during the agressive weight loss period I have planned. That probably accounts for the upper body changes I've been seing. I don't know exactly what to make of it, but I can't cut anymore carbs. any advise? should I stick with this plan for another month and see where it takes me, or do less lifting and more cardio?

thanks,
Brian
