intervals 3 times a week for belly fat

Im doing intervals 20 min 1 min walk at 3mph and 1 min at 11mph, swetting my balls off by the end. im trying to loose the last little bit of belly fat. problem is im trying to add muscle to. if i add more calories to my diet am i defieting the purpose?

u cant out train a bad diet.. remember that (welt i had to use it.. lol)

i wouldn't know what your doing wrong without knowing what ur eating.. u need to spell out ur diet
 
Meal 1- four eggs and two pieces of wheat bread with butter (the real kind)
Meal 2- oatmeal 1 cup with yogurt and banana
Meal 3- 6" subway sandwich chicken wheat bread with ranch and bacon, a bag of doritoes and a cookie
Meal 4- 60 grams of whey protein after workout at gym with weights
Meal 5- 8oz chicken breast 1 piece Texas toast and vegetable 1/2 cup
Meal 6- 3 scoops of breyers ice cream with chocolate syrup and a glass of milk
I'm actually at 11% BDF got measured at the gym today.

You have me totally confused both with your post and your food choices.you sound like your bulking but trying to cut at the same time. Unless you have RJH's genetics there is no way possible to eat like that and lean up. Work on your food choices. Nothing wrong with eating but all the cardio in the world isnt going to help you with those food choices.
