Guys any one know or tried any Intra workout supplement (during workout) such as IntraVOl from MuscleTech or Intra-Aid from Universal.

As a matter of fact ive tried both and from my experience i prefer Intra-aid from universal...the taste of intravol is way better but i got better pumps off of intra-aid..currently im taking intrabolic which in my opinion tops both...great pumps during my workouts
