Intro - Need Advice

I have been on testosterone replacement therapy for about 10 years. When I was 27 I started feeling crappy all the time, long story short I convinced my doctor to test me for low t. After his laughing at me he agreed to do it and my test came back seriously low. So I started with the patch, then went to gel (both of which bothered my skin) and eventually convinced the doctor to prescribe me injections that I could give myself at home. I also convinced him to prescribe me HcG because I told him the T was making my scrotum tight.

Over some time I have amassed a surplus of both T and HcG. I normally take 200mg/wk. I have to admit I have been a lazy ass for a long time and have not made working out a priority. Now I am 37 and have just begun working out regularly.

My question is: I am 5'7" and weigh about 175. Can someone recommend what kind of adjustment I should make to my T injections and how to integrate the HcG? Not sure if I should lower my weekly amount to lose some of my puffy/flabby look until I have worked out for a couple of months? Or, maybe increase the amounts because it can jump start my training results?

Well obviously 200mg a week in one shot would increase estrogen undesirably. Adding Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to that would probably turn you into a woman without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). How do you usually take the 200mg? 1 shot every 7 days? When is the last time you checked your estrogen and or SHBG? How is your energy level otherwise?

My energy level pretty much sucks which is why I take Ritalin, but my heart rate is way too high so I am tapering off. I guess I need to learn a lot more about my T usage and when and how to use the HcG. So my estrogen levels may be high? Maybe that is y I get so weepy at movies that are sentimental. Damn!
