Is 300mg of test a week enough to stave off muscle loss from T3??

I personally prefer to cut and prevent muscle loss with a secondary compound like Primo at 500 mg a week along side test to stay 'anti-catabolic'.

I only want to mess with test for two reasons. That's the compound im most familiar and I have an abundance of it.
 
300 mg of test should keep you somewhat anabolic, but its also going to depend on how big of a calorie deficit you go on during your cut. drop calories too low and you'll still go catabolic with that and the T3.

you could try a Keto diet for the cut. Keto diets are 'anti-catabolic' by nature . when you get into 'ketosis' the body reverts to using only fat for energy , and will not tap into muscle proteins to produce glucose (as long as fat is in the diet and skeletal fat is readily available)
 
I'll say yes but what 250 will do well 500 will do much better. I'd consider raising it a bit above 250.
