Hi all,
Basically i am at the stage where i need to up my caloric intake in order to gain weight, done 4 cycles in the past all very successful. I am running sustanon/dbol and finding it alot harder to put on weight. I am drinking mass gainer shakes (protein + carbs) and adding extra pure carbs in there for more calories. I am having 5 a day. Usually after ive finished eating meals. Is it bad if i skip 1 or 2 meals because im so full from the shakes from 2 hours ago ? And in turn just having another shake ? Thanks in advance
