Is there a "BEST" time to take Clomid and Nolva?

Starting post cycle therapy (pct) with Clomid and Nolva, with standard 50mg Clomid a day for 4 weeks and Nolva at 20/20/10/10/10/10.

I have been taking them in the morning. Is that fine? Is there a better time of day to take them?

I prefer before bed cuz I seem more lethargic when I take em in the am but that's just me.

Pretty solid advice there. But in the end it won't really matter at all when you take them because after several days your blood concentrations will equalize which is why most people complain about effects of clomid and such. In the end there won't be much avoiding the emotional sides most get from PCTs, and IMO 90% of the emotional sides will come from you and your mentality alone.
