Is there anyplace in North Texas I can find a Dr./Nutritionist/Trainer/ who are"cool"
Hey Guys,
I have been reading this stuff for about a year now, and I am sorry, you guys confuse the hell out of everyone with your acronyms, everybody calls one drug 5 different names, there are esters that I can't seem to wrap my mind around. In other words, I need help. I would love to talk to a gear friendly team (pay them damn good money) who have Phd's and experience with this stuff. I want to to this, but I don't want to do too much trial and error. I want to make sure it is done right. I am 42 years old, I have a very sedentary job, I have always worked out, but never really seen any difference. I have the metabolism of a sloth. I was basically born with gynocomastia. I have had man boobs since the 4th grade. I have always been a heavy kid since then. So, now I am 42, no energy, no sex drive (yes I am married-which sucks for my wife), I weigh 265 lbs, I smoke cigarettes, I have high blood pressure but it is hereditary and kept under control with meds.
I have taken 2 cycles and saw mediocre results. I know it's my diet. I cannot eat that cardboard garbage you guys eat. I don't want to look like Arnold, I just want to have a body that doesn't give small children nightmares.
So, what's the point here. I have a fantasy of Rocky III when Durago was was being monitored, injected, tested, worked out, and tested again. Results constantly being monitored by smart looking guys in white lab coats. Fantasy aside, I would love to find a team consisting of a Dr. , A nutritionist, and a Personal Trainer who are all "gear friendly". I am not spending the second half of my life with man boobs and no sex drive. If anyone can help or offer alternatives I would greatly appreciate it.
Now, please do not use any stupid acronyms when replying please. I am sick of googling them down and I have ADD and I get side tracked easily.
I am open to books, but if you recommend a book, please tell me you read the whole thing yourself and it all made perfect sense and did not require a Phd to understand.
With all that being said? Does anyone here not use Excel? When reading over the different cycles, it is "which dog shit on the floor" confusing. Can someone not provide a simple spread sheet with

I will be more than happy to do all the grunt work. I can even do equations based on height, weight, Body Mass, age, and any other variable anyone can think of. It will automatically adjust dosages, Food Intake, time of excerise, heart rate, repetition of weights lifted, areas to concentrate on, and again, whatever else you can think of. Oh wait, I have an iPhone, there may be an app for that. No, but seriously. I want to make it stupid proof. Because let's face, humans are stupid. We are only about three evolutionary steps away from frigging cavemen. Some of you,...... only two.
