Waiting to die.
I've been reading around on power-lifting forums and there seems to be some talk about your bodies ideal body weight as an individual. The idea is that some people just perform and feel better at higher body weight than others with similar builds. i.e. two people both 5'11", one who naturally hovers around 180 the other hovering around 220 almost regardless of diet.
Is there any truth to that statement?
Like your body doesn't want to be light so it fights you to lose the weight but will happily keep you at a certain weight?
I'm probably trying to convey this in a profoundly stupid manner so ask away if my idea is unclear.
