Is this a real Cialis pill?

i got these 2 cialis pills that has "Bayer" printed on it in a cross pattern(lft. to rt. and top to bottom -- doese Cialis look like this? or any generic type?
It's an amber colored round pill. I'm thinking it's a Bayer asprin product, but not sure. My friend says the guy he does business with is always legit, I'm just wondering?

The Cialis tabs I have (prescribed and picked up at the pharmacy) say C20 on them and they are teardrop shape for lack of a better description. They are amber colored.

If it says "bayer" on it, then that's what it is.
