What's going on guys? I have been researching AAS for a while now and am considering a Test-C cycle. I understand your diet must be in check prior to any cycle. With that being said would this amount of food be adequate/sufficient enough to build muscle: 4 eggs and a protein shake for breakfast, a protein shake for brunch, a can of tuna and crackers for lunch, a protein shake for a snack, and a plate of chicken spaghetti for dinner. To be honest that's what I ate today trying to eat as much as I can. If this isn't enough then steroids aren't for me. Can someone chime in please? And yes I skimmed through the best foods to eat while bulking sticky.
