day 1 monday, chest and back day, try to equally portion these workouts

day 2 tuesday, shoulders

day3 wednesday legs

day 4 thursday cardio

day five chest back

saturday shoulders

sunday off

overtraining? too much ? been doing this for 3 weeks
 
your doing chest back and shoulders twice aweek a definite sign of overtraining but also you failed to mention sets and reps so you could overtraining your legs as well
 
naa i train legs once a week but,you think id be better off just trainin each muscle group 1 time a week?

Yes. Just do enough sets and reps. Enough meaning 15sets, reps 8-12.
