Is this Sustanon real or fake from Organon in Pakistan

I did 15 weeks of that (PRNO is 2445) then switched to Andromed Labs for the remaining 6 weeks of my cycle... i couldnt beleive how stronger AML gear was (double at least)...led me to believe these Organon ampules are underdosed
Im very disapointed about wasting 15 weeks on that crap..
heres a pic , i had some left:

Trust: that is fake sustanon. right is to thick, ampoule head is wrong shape. the original is much shorter and looks more round and "fat"

andrew: your goods look 99.9% original. i have seen many karachi and looks proper.

hey clsmth , i have the same susta as andrew, and 6 amps that are different but filled up with oil in the same amount.what`s your opinion?
