lets say my fat percent is 12% and i want to go down to 10%. is weight lifting enough? or is it must to do cardio along with weight lifting if i want to get leaner ?
It really depends on what your diets like as long as your at least 400 calories under matience your going to burn fat. Cardio is an easier way to judge how many calories your burning in your workout. None the less it is necessary for every goal and every training routine cause it works the most important muscle in your body, your heart.
