I've completely fallen off the wagon again.

The carb cycling leaned me out for sure! But, when it came to putting weight back on, I couldn't do it with any kind of carb restriction. I mean, it may have eventually happened, but I was eating over 4,000 calories while carb cycling and not seeing any weight gain, in fact it was loss/gain week by week until 3J changed it up for me.

But, to the OP I fell off on Thanksgiving too... I'd still get in good meals, but would eat shit on top of it, or in place of some things. Holidays fucking suck, cause it's not just the day of that you're going to eat bad, but all the days surrounding them with leftovers, and other events going on around the weekend of. I totally understand.. Here's what usually helps me to get back into the swing of things..

Eat something really bad! Then eat a lot of it.. so much that you're sick. Deal with the stomach ache, or the throwing up, and after you've finished clearing it out get back on the horse and start eating right again. You're already to the point of knowing that you're messing up, and that you aren't stopping yourself.. I think you can do something about it at this point, just use some willpower!
