I've seen both.

I contacted Genlei this week to place another order and they referred me to another site, apparently located here in the States, that has jacked the price up tremendously. The guy I've been dealing with says they've not shipping directly from China anymore.

Anyone else heard anything about this?

unfortunetly that is not true , they jacked up the price and give the impression that theyy are domestic . But after checking into it , they are still coming from china . Go to the website and check it out , their just the US agent . I personally think GenLei raised there prices and are selling direct thru this website , making it look like its domestic .
