Hi there help me please :)

My main goal is to lose about 5 kg. I'm female, 166cm tall and weigh 67 kg. I don't do any resistance training (because all i want is to lose weight) but train in the hills for a 10km hike/jog at least 5 days a week for cardio. Eat clean. 6 small protein based meals a day. About 1200-1350 calories. I cant seem to move beyond 66 kg.

A friend suggested ghrp-6. I haven't been using it long, twice a day for 6 days without results but i've been reading that ghrp-6 isnt as good for women and weight loss as aod9604 or gh frag 176-191. Or even Ipamorelin?

All I want to know is what is
1)the best one to use for weight loss and
2)how should I dose it?
3)Can they be used together?
4)Is there any way they could cause weight gain (even when on a strict diet/exercise program and not giving in to the hunger that ghrp-6 causes)?
5)can they cause adverse effects on the bodys ability to lose weight when you stop using them?

I'm so confused from the amt of information I've come across from so far.

The best peptide for weight loss is AOD9604 or frag 176-191
500 mcg 3 times a day 1 hr before meals or just before workout.
Another good one is Tesmorelin 2 mg into abdominal fat once daily.
 
I lost a great amount of weight by just being on HGH/about 4 ius/ week and working out doing cardio or weights for about 10-20 minutes a day. I lost about 15lbs in 2 months ---barley trying and not dieting! (infact- i think becuase of the hgh i ate more- just make sure you eat clean food) hey- it worked for me!

Supplementing with HGH before a clean diet is in check is horrible advice. Diet is number one.
