Just started my first cycle of test c!!!

Hey, I am on a 10 week cycle of test c I'm doing my 3rd shot today! just want some info on pct and also on hitting a nerve. My last inject I hit a nerve and my left cheek is wayyy more sore than when I did my right one?? I was told by a friend that if this happened I should just pull out the needle just a little bit then inject? Is this true? Now as for pct I will be running a clom/ novl cycle for 4 weeks my question is about AI's if I start seeing sings of gyno can I just take some clom? I want to take something from week 5-10 to help with the sides even if I don't see them starting I still just want to take somthing so I won't need to worry. I'm not sure if I should take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like arimidex or can I just take some clom? And if so how can I dose it? I'm also trying to keep the cost down I can pick up clom/nov and arimidex anytime but at 80$ a bottle so do I really need all 3?

clomid is for pct and wont be much if any help to combat side effects like gyno or bloating .the chances of getting gyno on 500 mg of test a week are very small.

Get ahold of Arimidex and dose it at 0.25mg EOD, better to be safe than sorry. For some people it doesn't take much to have gyno form so I wouldn't advise anyone to risk it - I also like to keep Letrozole on hand too so if Arimidex doesn't do the job I'll have Letrozole to stop it in its tracks but in most cases Arimidex will do.

Letrozole is an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) also just very potent, but as DADAWG said in regards to Clomid keep it for PCT.
