Keeping gyno at bay

I ran a basic 12 week test cycle at 500mg a few months back. Near the end of the cycle I developed some gyno under one nipple that I thought post cycle therapy (pct) would get rid of (nolva 40/20/20/20). I was wrong. A few weeks later I began to run letro (I had already waited too long, big mistake), which I ran for about 6 weeks. The letro did keep the gyno from being sensitive and I shrank the lump slightly, but it did not disappear and as soon as i got off the letro it returned. I then began to run aromasin (12.5mg split up 12 hours apart) and nolva (40mg), which I am on right now. A few days ago I said f*ck it and dropped the aromasin and began tapering the nolva. The sensitivity came back the next day and I feel the lump had begun to flare up and increase in size.

How can I taper off of these without the lump flaring up and increasing in sensitivity. The gyno is only under one nipple, and is not even that noticeable. It is puffy when the nipple is soft, but I feel like I notice it more than anyone else. At this point I realize that the lump is here to stay and I will not be able to significantly reduce the size. My question is, when I get off the aromasin and nolva will the sensitivity persist as long as the lump is there? I am content to live with it but not if it gets any bigger or is more sensitive. Surgery is out of the question right now (personal reasons).

Thanks

Maybe try tapering to a lower dose than you already tried and when you jump on the nolva up that dosage a little higher

You need to use a serm to treat it not an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Raloxifene is best followed by tamox. It takes months.

All serms do the same thing. Some people just prefer one over the other. I dont think dropping the aromasin will make a difference either way. I've tried serm with Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and serm without Aromatase inhibitor (AI). There's no difference. I am fighting the late gyno battle as well. Nothing seems to work lol,, just "stories" of people who know how to get rid of it.
