I am planning on doing a Keto-Diet to drop about 15 lbs to 20 lbs of fat before the summer. I was wondering, though, which is more effective? A CKD or a TKD? I know if I do a CKD, my performance will go down in the gym, and running would probably be out of the option, but if I do a TKD, lifting and running would not be a problem.
What I am confused about, though, is wouldn't eating a load of carbs before, and after your workout on a TKD take you out of Ketosis?
Have any of you tried a TKD or CKD? If so, what were your results? And do you think they are both very effective in helping to shed fat?
Thanks.
