How is this good for fat loss? Has anyone heard or had any experiences with this product? I read that L-cartinine injections reduce body fat greatly. Is this bull shit or is there some truth to this?

Im reading more and more about it and it looks to be very promising. Read about it a little and youll see what I mean.

Acetyl- L-carnitine is way more effective than simple L-carnitine.
I'm talking about eating it, not injecting.

i've just started using acetyl l carnitine (got some cheap thought why not try)

been using it for a week now
notice anything different?

well i seem a little more ripped but I have upped my cardio up big time and it's not the leanness im worried about but more for energy

energy wise, i feel ok, nothing amazing
maybe a week isn't long enough

if u like, i'll keep u posted

Acetyl L Carnitine is one of those supps that I'll never go without again. Fat loss? I don't know; I'm not cutting.

But the energy and the sharpness of mind make it worth it to me. It's cheap anyways.

Alcar is the way to go. As for dosage, typically it's in the 3-5g/day range.

Assitch, how much do you take, when, etc.? Any tips on how to take it? Do you cap your own?

i buy my alcar powder from 1fast400.com
i take a teaspoon which is around 2.5 grams before cardio and another 2.5 grams preworkout.
i think its just a good overall healthy supplement to take. its cheap enough, might as well.
i tend to mix mine with crystal light or water.

I take 1.5g twice a day. I mix it with my piracetam and alpha GPC, chug it, and make a funny face for about 10 seconds afterwards. Yeah, maybe I should buy a capper.

A gram or so is great for preworkout too, along with a gram or so of DLPA.
