You can get your blood work done completely anonymously. Go to

You will sign up for the FEMALE hormone panel at the link above. The female panel is cheaper and tests for everything you need to know. As you sign up for this, you are given the option to do your testing anonymously. You pay for your bloodwork script through the website and it will print you a nifty little slip to carry into your closest labcorp. The website will even help you locate that. ^^^ yes I've done it several times.. you should also search for a privatelabsmd coupon code and get an addtional 15% off.. I can email you the current one as I'm on the mailing list if you like.. Just search though.. you'll find one.
In regards to other tests, I'd at least do the e2 "sensitive" test the first time..
The first time I did it, I did the complete male panel with free test added.. cost a bit but still cheaper than other places and got a great baseline. The labcorp by my house (5 min away) is always busy so I make an appointment and I'm in and out in less than 10 min.. Last time I had results the next day but didn't do the e2 "sensitive", just the female panel.
