Purpose: Establish lean muscle gains while cutting body fat towards second half of the cycle.
Weight- ~185
Height- 5’ 8”
Years lifting- 11 (last 5 for mass purposes)
Injuries: Stage 1 tear in right patellar tendon/ tendinitis no surgery needed with proper care and physical therapy it should be fine. Shoulder injury from many years ago hindered ROM surgery needed for years but have played sports and lifted for years, pain is chronic. Chronic ankle pains from many previous ankle sprains.
Cycle number: 3
AAS: Anavar, Test E, Proviron
Other compounds: Arimidex, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), aromasin, Clen, Ephedra, Tamoxifen, T3
Supplements: ZMA, ALA, Glutamine, Vitamin B complex, Milkthistle, Liv- 52, Omegas 3-6-9, animal flex pak, Coq10, calcium+Vit D, Glucosamine, Chrondoithin + msm, No-Explode, Caesein protein and whey both by ON, Nitro tech, Zinc, Centrum, muscle milk, Hawthorne berry, garlic, Taurine, Red Yeast rice
Random- Cranberry juice 1 glass, garlic powder, flush free niacin, Neutrogena body/ face washes for acne,
Things I have on hand but don’t plan on using unless necessary: Rogaine, Prescription grade acne meds, Finasteride, letro, Minoxidil topical treatment with azelic acid.
Week 1-14: Test E 250mg x 2 (Sunday and Wednesday)
Weeks 1-4 Anavar between 50-75 mgs depending on the pumps and stomach tolerance
Proviron: weeks 11-14, 50-75mgs depending on where I stand with muscle gains and bloat.
Weeks 3-13: Hcg 125iu x2 per week (Sunday and Wednesday in test shots)
Week 14- 4 days before start of post cycle therapy (pct): 250 iu x2 per week
Weeks 2-5 Arimidex at .5mg EOD
Weeks 6-11 Arimidex at .5 mg ED
Weeks 12- end of 1st week of post cycle therapy (pct) : Aromasin at 12.5mg per day
Pct: 16-19
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50 mgs first 2 weeks (or do I not need this if I am running aromasin the first week of post cycle therapy (pct)?)
Cutting Phase:
Will update at a later time but it will run for 6-8 weeks from weeks 6 or 8 till end of week 14. It will include T3 and clen but I may switch the clen with an ECA stack if I don’t like the sides.

Training: Too much to list but I circuit train in intervals and most muscle groups reps stay between 6-8 for 3-5 sets. Also I do a form of training in which I do 1 second contractions in concentric phase and 3 second contractions in eccentric phase. Offcourse this excludes certain groups with a higher probability of slower firing fibers (calves abs etc) and in these I look to incorporate higher reps more control and lower weight.
I have taken the time to look through the diet, training and aas forums and have been planning this cycle out for months. I would like to gain more knowledge on the dieting aspect of things while on aas. I have looked through various posts and would like suggestions on a lean bulk diet.
Any suggestions and help would be sincerely appreciated and I will try to keep track of my progress here once I start my cycle.
