I'm currently consuming
Cals 4170
Protein 264g 26%
Carbs 396.5g 40%
Fats 155g 34%

My tdee is 3004 cals but tend to be alot more active doing activites around the house so not sure weather I should bump my tdee up some cals.

Planning on priming first with a lean bulk diet before I start the gear. Consists of three low days followed by a refeed day(High)

Low
Calories Protein Carbs Fats
3000 300g 150g 75g

Refeed (High)
Calories Protein Carbs Fats
3500 300g 250g 50g

How do these numbers work before I generate a diet???
 
Maybe I'm misreading this, but are you trying to hit those macro numbers or those calories?

The two don't match up. 300g protein=1200 calories. 150g carbs= 600 calories 75g fat= 675 calories

Leaving you with 2475 for the "low" day.

haven't done the math for the high day, but its off as well, eyeball estimate here.

Unless those are a minimum number for macros?
 
What should my macronutrients look like then for low carb and refeed (high) day?? Should I keep fat lower on high carb days and increase it for low carb days???

I just finished creating my high carb day.

Bro your best bet is to let 3J build you a plan and stick with that, trust me its well worth the money.
