Bimmer New member Sep 20, 2004 #3 not at the moment, just came off a cycle so Im trying to recover first. But in the meantime I wanted to start including this as one of my meals.

Click to expand... Getting enough dietary fat in your diet when you're recovering is a good idea. Especially saturated fat. It helps testosterone levels recover.
