ive gone from 165-182 5'6 in about 2 months now naturally (this was after surgery and no working out 2 months)
i gradually increased my carbs from the beginning from 2700-3500 and managed to put on mostly muscle but now im getting fatter then ide like.
so here my new diet at 3200 cals. any suggestions?? also cardio now just 2x a week 20 min.
not losing muscle before my first bulking cycle is the main objective.
meal 1
0.5 cup oats
small banana
1 scoop egg white protein
2 tblsp. Natty Peanut butter
chicken breast 50g protein
..25 cups rice(1.5 cups wet) (next 2 meals)
vegies
Meat
1 tsp oil
pre workout
flax
1 scoop whey white protein
2tblspn Flax Meal
post
2 scoop whey
60g dextro
1 hr later
chicken breast
.5 cups rice
low carb vegie blends
bed time
4 egg whites 1 yolk
2 tblsp. Natty Peanut butter
about 35%cals from carbs,45% protein, 20%fat
what meals should I start removing the calories from first ?
