why are you going to do 2 sessions of cardio in one day? you might start losing muscle mass doing that. Oh yeah, i'd switch up between tuna and turkey, b/c Tuna has a lot of mercury in it, and really only good to eat 3x a month.

AC, don't worry about mercury in tuna. Tuna has been a staple of my diet since I started in the game. Its super cheap and easy to prepare. As far as the cardio, I'm doing 2 sessions a day to maximize my fat burning. I shouldn't lose any muscle as I'm not on an extreemly low cal diet and my exercise intensity isn't super high. My body responds best to two sessions a day.

what do you do for cardio pipes? i been doing the eliptical for 30 minutes, but when i was running 5k 3x a week a couple months ago i think i was getting better results, even though the eliptical says i burn like 600 cals in 60 minutes...

I'm currently 5'10" 218lbs @ a 15 % bf. My goal is to slowly lean out without losing muscle or Jeperdizing my studies at school. As far as the type of cardio I usually do the elliptical post weights at the gym and my excercise bike for morning cardio.

With that much cardio, you will have a lot of time to read books for your classes (thats what I do for an hour in the AM).

Also, (this is second hand knowledge), but I heard that when you take in a shake at night, your body's ability to digest it while sleeping isn't the greatest.

hey pipes, just wondering how your diet is going? I am basically on the same diet, except I eat turkey instead of tuna, and a little more fruit. I've been for about 3 weeks now, and the progress is slow and steady. The Winstrol (winny) probably helps too =). I just started cardio this week. Starting 15minutes this week, then to 30 next week. Im only going to do it 3x week. Im doing the stationary bike, and a little running. Nabiller, you're right, nothing else can beat good ol fashion running. Back when i weighed 145lbs I could do 6min miles, lol. Now i weigh 170lbs and struggle to do a 7:30. Just got to keep at it i guess, i hate cardio but know its necessary. As for the protein shake before night, you're body needs a little bit of calories during rest or it will eat muscle tissue. So the 120calories +2X grams of protein is great.

oh yeah pipes, what kind of bars you eating? Here at school i can only find 22gram protein, 17gram carb, net 3 carbs. Im lookign to jus buy some good ones in bulk, any recommendations?
