Letro for gyno at start of cycle or before starting?

Is it ok to use Letro during the first 4 weeks of a cycle for mild gyno reduction and then switch over to aromasin once it is gone or should you get rid of it before starting? ive heard you shouldn't run Letro without test or the sides will be much worse, is this true?

This. Preferably ralox but tamox is good too. Use the serm to treat the gyno and use an ai to manage estrogen. It is fine to run both especially a serm with stane.

Ive tried raloxifene before but didn't use it very long because it did not seem to reconstitute well. I had the older raloxifene 120 version that instructed to add 75ml distilled water shake and refrigerate and I did so and measured correctly but it just seemed to all clump together as though the water volume listed was not sufficient. I see the new version does not require reconstitution though so do you think I should give it another go?
