Letro???

Recently got a blood test while i was taking letro. My LH was basically only issue. it was at 18.8. that caused by letro or no/

Well, that's a pretty crucial bit of information we missed.

Yes, the letro could have easily causes you LH and testosterone to increase.

Letro can be counted on to raise LH and FSH.

the normal range for LH is 2-12 U/L.

LH is highly pulsatile, and my Quest Diagnostics Labs booklet says serum LH may "easily" be 50% - 150% of a single LH value. So if you had gotten tested 45 mintues later, your result may have only been 9 U/L, which wouldn't have raised any eyebrows. Or it might have been 27.
