Just got a tub of vanillia and chocolate and this is a great protein. THe mixture makes it time released as opposed to straight whwy which peaks at around an hour on its own. It has only 1gram of fat and carbs so is more pure than most on the market and the taste isnt bad. Good stuff here and the price is right.

Glad to hear you like it, I ordered 20lbs worth a couple days ago. Seems like the best deal out there and seems like its good quality.

i just ordered some myself-i saw some stuff at the gym that was advertising the poylphenols and it was like 44 bucks for 1.5 pounds. does this make a huge difference? i am hoping it does.
