Anybody use or heard of these vitamins? They were given to me and I'm debating whether or not to use them.

Their made by a company called Source Naturals.

if they were given to you (im assuming for free) then whats the problem? stop overthinking everything and just take em.

Not quite the response I was looking for, but ok.

The reason I ask is I'm already taking GNC's Mega Men Sport and wondered, if maybe somebody had tried these before or knew somebody who had, if switching would be better.

in the grand scheme of things, it really doesnt matter if youre taking walmart brand generic vitamins, or super organic natural whole food concentrate green life force these-will-make-you-live-forever brand vitamins. And nothing is better than something free. Its an inane difference similar to the difference between ON protein and most other proteins on the market.

To be honest, id stock up on Puritans Pride Green Source II vitamins, they are buy 2 get 4 free until the 11th. Id start taking these once i ran out of the free ones in your case.

This a very ignorant statement. This is like saying there no difference between Grade A and Grade F meat products. Vitamins are rated in a similar manner and as something becomes cheaper chances are the company has skipped something in the process of making things.

Source Naturals is an excellent brand and GNC has become a lot better but I still prefer a multi-nutrient vitamin over a one or two a day.

there is a huge difference in the quality of vitamins . cheap fillers prevent absorption . cheap vitamins tend to substitute cheaper ingredients for the good stuff , example dl- versions of vitamn e is a synthetic version which comes from a byproduct of petroleum yum yum lol , it is not as absorbable as the d- versions also vitamin a is cheaper than beta carotene and good vitamins include rosehips, flavanoids, etc. instead of just ascorbic acid [ vit c ] .
