Yeah there are more vids at the main site including a Bernor bench...

I watch this stuff every monday before I do legs.

no hes up your way i believe. hes recovering from a bad wreck. broke his leg pretty bad. phil harrington may train there as well. hes a NC lifter moved north to train with mendy. hes also jm blakely's nephew. good blood lines.
