I tried to PM as well because they sent me the wrong product, but I get an error message that says the message box is full. I sent a regular email but have yet to hear anything.

This is disappointing. I wonder if a moderator can help? I may just send my item back along with the invoice in hopes I get the correct item.

On a side note, my first order took about a week. I was worried it took so long but it finally arrived. Second order came quickly.
