I'd probably start off at 40mcgs and ramp up 20mcgs daily from there until I found my tolerance level. I usually wind up using 200mcgs daily if its the liquid variety, slightly less if its tabs. Everyone is different though.
I didnt realy care for Clen but 40mcg is good start and work up.. take is daily and take the taurine. Drink your water. I always got headaces the first few days.
