little help with clen

ok first off i know nothing about it besides what i have read on here and what i have found out when i googled it..and the more i read the more confused i get

have heard people taking it all at once and some people splitting in up through out the day but not too late so they can sleep. some bump up the dosage quickly from day to day and some ease in...also some say to taper off and others say there is no point..also have read of cycle times from two weeks on two weeks off..to two on one off...to 5 weeks straight as long as u r taking benadryl with it.. some say to take benadryl the whole time and others say start on week 2 and so on..

pretty much after reading this it amounts to i dont know shit about it..

i have been off cycle for about 4 months and have been bulking up still....looking for something to get rid of some fat, mostly the little pudge i have aquired in my mid section..pretty much just looking for a little help to get rid of some fat before i go back on cycle...

and as far as sides ive read from none at all even at high doses to uncontrollable shaking..since it raises your temp i know im obv gonna sweat a bit more

also i can get some 40mcg tabs..but i have to get bigger order than just these and was not really wanting to spend that much right now

just as good to get some liquid clen and keto from rui?

any input would be great im dying to get started

also on rui comments under clen alot of people were talking about their lab rats shaking .. i this just a jittery shake feeling like the first time u took 4 scoops of jack3d or noticable looking like ur having a seizure...(pretty sure i didnt spell that right)
 
Ive never cycled clen on the level that some people do. The most Ive ever done is 60 mcg a day for 3 weeks. it started at 20 40 60. My diet wasnt as good as i would have liked, but clen is fun if you watch what you are doin. At 60 mcg with a jack3d Pre WO drink I was getting juice like pumps and and doin awesome on the cardio. My hb was 10-15bpm higher than normal and I was happy doing cardio not miserable like usual lol. Hope this helps a little.

just looking to shred some gut and not lose to much if any muscle if possible...

and as far as diet while running this...input would be great...

and i have no prob with cardio..
 
My experience with the liquid clen was alright. It is definitely useful. I was up to 150mcg a day for at the end of the second week. Your body gets used to it fast. I did two weeks on two weeks off. I didn't use benadryl. Once I accidentally used too much and the shaking was uncontrollable, more like you slammed 25 bottles of mountain dew or coffee, etc.. I got some headaches from it, I was always able to sleep though. BP rises, temp goes up, more sweating, and you can basically eat anything you want and not gain a pound. It made me more vascular as well.. I didn't like how I could tell my BP was raised though... there were times I felt it in my arms and shit. I could just feel my body working harder to pump the blood. Be careful with it.

Clen is mildly anabolic so IMO you shouldnt lose any muscle. With diet, a low carb high protein diet for a few weeks combined with clen should do wonders. I would work out and then do cardio for 30-45 min like it was nothing. My results were limited i think because of my diet. At the time I was workin out of town in the middle of nowhere and eating shit food(hotel cont breakfasts, buffets for lunch, dinner) I feel like my appetite went up also
 
I have done several cycles of clen and I ususally follow the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and it works great I taper it up too 100mcg at about mid point and then taper back down at end of cycle.
 
I just finished a cycle of test e (750), tren e (600), and clen (160) from RUI and the first couple of days yes your hands will shake but not your body or not for me anyways. My body temp def raised up a little bit. I'm going to def be running it on my next cycle which will be test e (750), tren e (600), EQ (600), & clen (160). If you really want to know the ins and outs of clen ask blondie shes the clen goddess!
 
I was on and off on the benedryl I was told to start it the second week and do it the weeks your on till your finished. I didn't see any difference when I took it and didn't except for maybe falling to sleep faster.
