today i had 6 eggs scrambled with sausage and potato mixed in and cheese and salsa on top. along with that i also had 3 blueberry pankcakes and a large glass of milk. 7 hours later i still wasnt hungry. i just finally made myself eat.
I ate r med baked potatoes and a 21 gram protein shake two houts ago and I'm starving. but I'm seven weeks into cutting so I am hungry most of the time!!
