London and Western Ontario Championships

The London and Western Ontario Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Championships is being held on Saturday, November 1st at Centennial Hall in London Ontario. This is a level one and two show. There will be a Strongman Exhibition being put on by Jamie Azmies and Ryan Green. Superheavyweight Champ Chris Cook will be guest posing along with the lovely Carmen. I heard that they have like over seventy competitors for the show! It's a level one and two show. That's still a lot of competitors!
