London Broil Alternative

This may seem like an post thread but I see alot of peoples diets include London Broil but being from the UK this meat is not avaialbe to us

Does anybody know a good alternative to this or any other meat they particularly enjoy in there diet???

I had same issuue. Asked a butcher and he told me its not a meat, but a way u cook the meat. Usually w flank.steak. however, for fist purposes use lean meats. Try google.
