Long term VLCD=synthetic T3 NOT work,even if FT3 rocket high ?

hello,

i've heard that being long on VLCD can cause that syntetic T3 is not working. I mean T3 increases FT3 level but human body can't use it cause of damage done by VLCD.

I shearched throught internet but I do not find any answers (other board, Pubmed etc).

Would Anyone could help ?
